Spectators at the Czesław Cybulski Memorial witnessed a thrilling competition, with most of the action taking place on the track. The hurdlers in the 400 m hurdles and the 100 m hurdles—highlighted by a season-best from PIA SKRZYSZOWSKA—delivered spectacular results. Middle-distance runners, as well as the women competing in the 400 m race, also impressed with top performances.

In the first race of the meeting (400 m hurdles), the records started to fall. Spain’s JESUS-DAVID DELGADO crossed the finish line with not only the best time in the history of the Poznań meeting but also a new Spanish national record: 48.45.

The women's 400 m event was contested at a very high level. Already in the slower B heat, ANNA GRYC broke the previous record. The A heat brought even better results, with Great Britain's LAVIAI NIELSEN setting a new meeting record with a time of 50.86.

A meeting record and four personal bests were achieved in the women's 1500 m race. The winner was MARTA ZENONI of Italy with a time of 4:02.10. The men's 800 m race was dominated by Polish athletes, who claimed the top three spots. MACIEJ WYDERKA took the win with a new meeting record and personal best of 1:44.23.

The excitement peaked during the women's 100 m hurdles final. PIA SKRZYSZOWSKA confidently defeated her rivals and improved her own meeting record with a time of 12.65.

Noteworthy performances also came from KINGA KRÓLIK in the 2000 m steeplechase (6:03.75) and from NATALIA BUKOWIECKA in the 200 m, who clocked a season-best 22.83 but was narrowly beaten by Belgium’s IMKE VERVAET (22.79).

In the field events, athletes struggled with strong winds. Nevertheless, the triple jump final delivered a thrilling conclusion. In her last attempt, GABRIELA PETROVA of Bulgaria broke the 14-meter mark (14.03).
